Q: Is the cost in the above table all I need to pay or are there any 'hidden' / additional cost beyond such?

A: The above cost is what Sophisto LLC will charge you (before any applicable tax) to build a 'Your Life Portal' website, transfer the website and module files to your Google account with your coordination, and grant you access to its service website which contains all necessary documentation including videos for you to manage/edit your website without you having to program computer code and you to call any Sophisto LLC representative for help. 

Beyond that, should you wish to obtain special customization, such will then be charged separately to you.

Also, if you exceed the separate data quotas per Google policy, you will be responsible to pay Google directly for exceeded data thresholds, as part of your Google account fees, which Sophisto LLC is totally unrelated to (Google and Sophisto LLC are totally separate companies and Sophisto LLC does not pay Google for Google to provide all Google tools to you. Google will not service you on behalf of Sophisto LLC and vice versa. Sophisto LLC focuses on building your life portal for you, and providing detailed online documentation on how to use it).

Q: What would cause Google to charge me lots of money each year to keep my life portal website?

A: Unless you save many pictures and high-resolution videos to 'Your Life Portal' website directly (which Sophisto LLC via its online documentation does not suggest to do - there are strategies around that - e.g. using Youtube), you are very unlikely to have to pay Google more than 10 to 20 USD per year for data storage, if at all.

Most people Sophisto LLC is aware of, post less than 5 Gigabytes of information directly on their life portal website, and so owe Google nothing, to run their life portal websites on their Google accounts.

Q: I fear the additional 'customization' beyond the above-stated service package cost is unpredictable, and I may not be able to use the life portal at all without such, ending up paying a multiple in customization cost in addition to what the table in the above shows.

A: Customization services by Sophisto LLC are really only for people who want special features like special input forms for data to be transferred into Google spreadsheets linked to the modules, or adding spreadsheet parameters beyond what is already provided.  By default, the module spreadsheets (for your optional use) provided by Sophisto LLC, are already quite elaborate. So the absence of additional customization by Sophisto LLC, is very unlikely to prevent you from using your life portal efficiently and to your content.

Q: I am not a computer 'geek', so I am not sure I will be able to use it.

A: If you are already familiar with how to use basic word processing and perform basic online navigation in your web browser, you are most likely able to use 'Your Life Portal' website right from the get-go.

Q: Can I choose the modules I need, or does the service packaging include some I don't need?

A: You receive only modules you specify to Sophisto LLC when ordering.  If you need more later on, you can order more afterward. However, it is best to try foreseeing modules you may need in the near future, as module pricing may change in future.

Q: I want 7 modules instead of 15, and I am not a college student and not over 54 of age. 

A: If you go for cost efficiency, pick the minimum of 10, and pick 7 modules you know you want for sure, and 3 you think you may need in further future, even if you do not intend to use those 3 initially. 

Q: I want only 2 modules instead of 10.

A: Pick the 'Per Module' service package times 2.

Q: I want 22 modules instead of 30.

A: Pick the 'Bronze' service package (20 modules) and add 2 times the 'Per Module' (1 module).

Q: I have a household (same postal address) of 3 adult-age family members , but everybody wants to keep their own modules totally separate.  

A: Purchase 3 separate service packages, which will result in 3 separate 'Your Life Portal' websites.

Q: Can I purchase a service package for my adult-age family member, distant relative, friend, or acquaintance, as a gift?

A: Yes, you can. You decide on the service package, and Sophisto LLC will follow up with the gift receiver on what exact modules he/she wants within the module amount threshold you pay for. There is no refund to you by default, even in an unlikely case that person refuses to have the resulting 'Your Life Portal' website transferred to his/her Google account, or decides not to use it at all and deletes it. The person receiving the 'Your Life Portal' as a gift needs to consent to Sophisto LLC's standard customer policies. If the person receiving the gift wishes to obtain customization beyond what you paid for, that person will need to coordinate payment with Sophisto LLC directly, unless you and that person agree on you paying for such and you issue payment accordingly.

Q: Do the service packages include any free upgrades?

A: Free 'upgrades' will only occur in form of expanded online documentation providing new/additional ideas on what you may want to include in your existing modules.

Q: If I need help with something the online documentation of Sophisto LLC I retain free access to, does not provide, do I need to pay extra?

A: Yes, after the transfer of your life portal to your Google account, if you need additional training, and feature consultation, Sophisto LLC will bill you by the hour for extra services provided. However, the overall concept is devised such that after the website transfer is completed, you should be able to use it based on the online documentation/videos provided to you.

Q: When Sophisto LLC designs my 'Your Life Portal' website, does that mean Sophisto LLC retains access to all information I input into my life portal?

A:  No. Once Sophisto LLC transfers the 'Your Life Portal' website to you, you will disconnect Sophisto LLC's access to it. From that point on, you yourself are in control of your 'Your Life Portal' website, using Google's online systems infrastructure.  Sophisto LLC will not regain access to your 'Your Life Portal', unless you want additional services by Sophisto LLC in terms of adding new modules as part of a subsequent additional service package purchase.  You can control exactly the access rights to each of your web pages and online Google files attributed to your 'Your Life Portal' website, by person (specific Google account), and grant view-only or even editing share access, as you deem adequate.
